| ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS |
| - Veterans with honorable discharge have first priority.
- Veteran's spouses and gold star parents can apply for admission.
- Have a medical need for nursing home placement.
Twenty-five percent of the occupancy at the Veterans Home can be qualified non-veterans (spouse or surviving spouse of a veteran, or Gold Star Parents). |
| APPLICATION PROCESS |
| - Submit an Application for Admission which includes basic medical and financial information along with a Medical Release of Information form.
- A one-on-one interview with the applicant may be conducted by a registered nurse.
- The application, medical history and nurse interview are reviewed by the Admissions Committee. |

| The Fayetteville Veterans Home is currently under the supervision of the Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs. |
